Acceleration of 2g, 3g, and 6g – See why it matters!
The Eagle fiber laser is the quickest machine available today. With industry-leading 6g acceleration, the machines are capable of 9 holes per second on sheet metal. But what does it mean on part cycle times? It means much, much faster production. Every time you double the Gs you cut the distance and time to get to the target speed in half. A 6g accelerating Eagle Laser will reach the programmed speed in 1/3 the distance and time it takes a 2g machine (and 2g’s is fast in the laser industry). Watch this video – the only parameter we changed was the acceleration rate the machine tool controller was allowed to use. Power, programmed speed, and everything else is identical for all three parts. Eagle Laser – Nothing Faster.
30kW of Power
Eagle’s 30kW delivers an astounding 150ipm on 1″ mild steel. But, the Eagle delivers more than just power – it also delivers reliability due to the unique, high-technology design of our patented eVa Cutting Head. Watch the most powerful laser cut 1″ mild steel with minimal burr, taper, and heat. In fact, you can pop a 0.100″ diameter hole into this material and tap it right off the machine with no degradation of tap life.
Eagle Laser – Nothing Faster.
Exchange Tables in 9 Seconds
A machine this fast needs to be fed. Eagle’s elegant and robust design exchanges pallets in just nine seconds. Both tables move at the same time, and they are servo driven and connected by a heavy drive chain. The 9 second pallet changer will handle 1″ thick steel plat on any work envelope you require.
Eagle Laser – Nothing Faster
30kW vs 20kW
Watch the comparison of 30kW versus 20kW on 0.79″ mild steel. The most powerful high-production fiber laser in the world is worth a look! This laser pierces and cuts at rates beyond any other laser. It even outpaces most plasma cutters, while achieving the low taper and high accuracy of a laser. Eagle Laser – Nothing Faster.
