Pallet Exchange

The shuttle table pallet exchange takes just 9 seconds – it will add hours of cut time each week. Unlike nearly every other pallet changer in the industry, Eagle uses servos and chain drives rather than hydraulics and both shuttles move at the same time. One rises up on ramps, rides overtop the other shuttle table pallet, and then lowering back down. The pallets are repeatable to +/- 0.003 inch, allowing you to restart cutting from a partially cut path. High-quality Nord mechanics are used to ensure reliability year after year.

CraneMaster Sheet Unload/Load

Eagle’s CraneMaster system unloads a cut sheet and loads a raw sheet in just 65 seconds. This means that as long as the sheet you’re cutting takes at least 65 seconds to process, the only time your machine is sitting idle is the 9 seconds it takes for us to swap shuttle table pallets. CraneMaster simultaneously transports the raw material to the laser shuttle table pallet while the cut sheet is lifted and placed in an upper tray to be sorted later. During this process, raw material thickness is verified with the laser cutting program to ensure a match.

Material Storage Towers

Eagle offers a full array of material storage towers from single towers to multiple towers. The entire system is integrated directly into the laser control station to ensure each sheet thickness can be verified against the laser’s program before cutting commences. Although full control of the storage towers is available from the laser operator station, a second touch pad control is located at the storage towers so that you can use the system manually to store and retrieve material for you use throughout your shop.
