9 Second Pallet Exchange
(5 x 10 ft. work envelope)
Waiting for your shuttle table to exchange wastes valuable time. Eagle’s servo-driven pallet changer gives you hours of additional production time each shift week. No slow hydraulics are used. The pallets are connected by a chain, so they will never hit each other. On this 5×10 ft. work envelope the pallets are exchanged in just 9 seconds. On a 6.5 x 13.1 ft work bed, the pallets are exchanged in 14 seconds. Our standard weight capacity for any work envelope is equivalent to the weight of 1″ thick steel. Heavy duty pallet changers are available, too. Stop wasting valuable cut time waiting for your shuttle tables to swap!
6g Acceleration

Acceleration is denoted by Gs. One G is the acceleration we feel standing on Earth: 32.2 ft/sec². Double the Gs and you cut the time and distance to get up to speed in half. With 6g acceleration, the iNspire Series pops holes at the rate of a machine gun. For most cutting applications, acceleration is more important than velocity. Contact us to find out more.
