Optimized for Fiber Laser Parts
Nitrogen assist gas cuts better than oxygen – no heat, taper, flaking and also cuts much faster. But the dross left when cutting thicker plate is tougher to remove than the slag left from oxygen cutting. NS makes models unique and specific to remove this super-hard dross.

Lowest Cost Operation
NS Machines have lower cost because they are putting all the abrasive action on the edge of the part. Other machines act as planers, but the unique compliant floating drum only lightly cleans off the top while aggressively deburring external and internal edges.

Easiest to Run
Many NS models allow for the largest margin for operator height setting error – up to 1/4″ with no equipment damage. Run non-flat parts, run parts the size of a credit card, run heavy burr parts in one pass. NS Machines also have simple controls, simple switch out to aluminum, and the fastest abrasive changes.
