Eagle’s latest technological breakthrough is a game changer. 20kW flies through 3/4″ steel at 160 ipm in this video.
Due to the patented eVa® cutting head (see below), the Eagle 20kW is ready for 24/7 operation. Plate material (which is metal of 1/4″ or thicker) is no match for the 20kW. Cut at speeds faster than nearly any plasma, with low taper, tight geometry, and very low cost per inch.

9 Second Pallet Exchange
Adds hours of cut time to your production each week. Just 9 seconds on 5×10 ft work envelope machines, 14 seconds on 6.5 x 13.2 ft work envelope machines.
No Slow Hydraulics – all servo driven. The two pallet tables are linked by a chain – they’ll never collide. Pallet location within the laser is highly repeatable, so you can stop mid-cut, pull the pallet out of the machine to inspect the cut, and then return the pallet back into the machine to resume cutting.
